Why We Care

As stated above, violence and negligence affect everyone's safety. Violent crimes frequently occurring at apartment complexes or gas stations can often be prevented. However, greed can lead to property owners taking cheaper routes to maintain their property.

Georgia residents should be able to trust that landlords and managers will take the necessary steps to keep them safe. Our goal is to hold these managers accountable until more residential areas follow safety regulations.
